His primary expertise lies in the use of data to drive business results and business digitalization. He has also spent the last decade working with innovative start-ups and advising multiple organizations on business strategies and innovation. Murphy holds a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Business Analytics from Middlesex University London, Masters of Finance from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Statistics from the National University of Singapore. He is also an Expert Singapore Certified Management Consultant.

Harold

Harold is a senior financial and consulting professional who has worked with hundreds of individuals from companies all over the world.

He has over 30 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience in strategy, finance, operations, marketing, business model development, performance management, start-ups & transformation programs. He works with a naturally engaging and collaborative approach, is noted for an ability to make complex technical topics understandable for non-specialists, as well as fosters cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration. He held a wide range of senior managerial and international executive positions with Allianz, a leading global insurance and asset management group. During his last 3 years at Allianz, he was Regional CFO for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and North Africa, and was a mentor to a group of high potential female employees as part of the company’s diversity program. Harold took part in many prestigious Allianz Management Institute training programs both as a participant and a trainer. In late 2014 he founded Alionova Consulting in Munich, became an Associate Partner of Ancora Management Consulting, and an Adjunct Consultant with IDC, working with clients in Germany, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Singapore. At the beginning of 2019, he took up his current position as Managing Partner and CFO of Ancora Management Consulting (Singapore). Alionova Consulting also started a new chapter in Singapore under Murphy Choy, with whom Harold collaborates as an external consultant and serves as a member of the board of advisors. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours from Brunel University, London, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK. He is a Think Buzan Licensed Instructor in Mind Mapping, and an Open Genius Licensed Instructor in Applied Innovation.

He has spent more than five years working with two IT companies BigTapp and PositiveNaick Analytics, both in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Nathan’s core competency relies on business strategy, marketing, branding, product management, and data management. He worked on several important projects where he was responsible for developing and improving quality control procedures, reviewing existing processes, and suggesting new approaches and practices ensure that the end-to-end data movement in an organization is safely collected, effectively stored, and securely maintained. He holds a Bachelors’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath

Poh Choo is a senior executive who is deeply involved in business development and is known to be and operations excellence leader and talent developer.

She has nearly three decades of working experience with market leaders in the business advisory and data analytics domain. Poh Choo was instrumental in helping organizations to innovate and differentiate themselves in a rapidly evolving technology landscape continuously. She pioneered and championed innovative initiatives to help companies gain a competitive edge, build sustainable revenue streams and growth. Over the years, she has forged extensive and robust network across industry sectors, ready to be tapped on to explore new possibilities. Building high performing teams and nurturing talent has been Poh Choo’s passion. She has directly and indirectly mentored and coached individuals to bring out the best in them and to chart out progressive career paths. Poh Choo is currently the General Treasurer and Executive Committee member of [Tech Talent Assembly][1], an NTUC Association that aspires to nurture tech talents via a platform for future-ready skills, lifelong learning, and sharing. She is also an Adjunct Faculty with the Singapore Management University School of Information Systems. She has recently volunteered as a Workforce Singapore Career Advisor. Poh Choo holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (2nd Upper-Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.

Marcus Moo

Marcus Moo is currently Director of Social and Community Services of The Salvation Army in Singapore.
overseeing more than $60m in both income and expenditures for a wide range of human services catered to the marginalized and the vulnerable. 4 years prior, Marcus was concurrently the founding partner of Qr8 Advisory; a company that provides corporate advisory and strategic consultancy to founders and enterprises backed by analytics solutions. Before joining The Salvation Army, Marcus served as Assistant Director of Strategy Development and Industry Analysis in the Media Development Authority (“MDA”) where he spent much of his time and energy in the construction, articulation, persuasion, and tracking of various industry development plans. One notable piece was the Infocomm Media 2025; the blueprint that set the ground for the eventual merger between the IDA and MDA. In parallel to the work relating to strategy, Marcus was also a primary quantitative analyst in his organization and was often involved in all matters relating to economic, statistical, and consumer data analysis that were crucial to the agency’s decision-making process. Within the 13 years spent in the MDA, Marcus managed R&D programs governed by the Interactive Digital Media R&D Programme Office (“IDMPO”), a cross-agency outfit that was funded by the NRF. Marcus was part of the pioneering generation of public officers that actively facilitated the establishment of Blk 71 at Ayer Rajah; which is now a symbolic icon of Singapore’s tech start-up ecosystem. Besides strategy and R&D, Marcus spent his initial years in the MDA working on competition policies relating to the media sector. Before life in public service, Marcus was an equities analyst covering the telco and Internet space with JPMorgan where he was part of the research team that helped took a local telecom software company to public listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.  Marcus deems himself a keen student and advocate of innovation and entrepreneurship.
